We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Endless Summer Beach and surf shop in Osprey Fl. We are needing help on the weekends and some weekdays as a fill in. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

```Duties```
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits
- Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales targets

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers

- Knowledge of wireless sales is desirable
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor
